As always, it has been busy, but we are grateful because we know the Lord is using us to reach the lost and help the needy. As God opens doors, we follow His leading, and He gives us His protection. You are all very supportive in your prayers and commitment to the persecuted. “Muslim by birth-Christian by choice.” You are amazing in your giving and support of our Widow’s Bags of Hope Program, for the purchase of water purification machines, buying the equipment as needed & helping us with the day-to-day expenses at the office. Thank you to everyone in America & around the world for sending us out & believing in us. We have said this before!

As I sit listening to Christmas music, I think about what 2025 may hold for The Cubit Foundation in Egypt, knowing that God will take care of us and show us the way. He will never leave us or forsake us, Hebrews 13:5.

Our widows, orphans and persecuted believers are taken care of. I can’t help but remember those days when we had no guarantee that we would even be able to return to Egypt. I have traveled to Egypt five times this year for ministry and to fund our efforts in Egypt and the Middle East. This could have been an impossibility before 2014 (BUT GOD).  When General Abdel Farrah El-Sisi, who in July 2013 led a military coup that toppled the reigning Muslim Brotherhood regime, became Defense Minister after the overthrow and in 2014 was elected as President. He was elected President for the 2nd time in 2018.

I recall being invited by the president to a special meeting with 26 other ministers, in which President Sisi laid out plans to loosen the religious restriction that had marked Egypt as the Muslim world’s leader in persecution against Christians for more than 1,000 years. God had other plans for Egypt.

 President Sisi pledged:

1. To bring Christian principles into his administration.
2. Recognize the existing underground Christian churches.
3. Allow the establishment of at least five new churches per year in Cairo and eight new churches per year in the rest of Egypt.
4. Allow Christians to run for political office, including the Parliament.
5. Allow Christian churches to own property.
6. For the first time in 1000 years, he allowed churches to build new buildings (they met in rented facilities before).
7. Allow Christians to worship in freedom without the continued presence of the religious police.
8. The President built a newly constructed Coptic Christian church.
9. In addition, he allowed Cubit to own a farm, “Gods Widows Farm,” which, per acreage, is the top producer in all of Egypt.
10. He guaranteed protection for whoever we bring over.
11. Guaranteed that for the next 49 years, Cubit would be able to minister with no restrictions as long as we adhere to his guidelines.
12. Plus, he pledged to close the garbage cities and build the former garbage city residents new housing with electricity and inside running water. This is now being done. Over 1.3 million family housing units have been built in the past three years, with another 1.5 million planned for 2025. He has also provided work for them by having them help build the prophetic “Isaiah 19 Highway,” so named by President Sisi.

As we look back 33 years, we see God from the beginning. God is using President Sisi, a Muslim with a heart, to help us. But we give all the honor to God!

This Christmas, I can truly say without reservation that miracles upon miracles are taking place in Egypt. Revival has come to that previously closed country, Christ is being proclaimed openly, & Isaiah 19 is being fulfilled.

But, our involvement in this great miracle would have been impossible without GOD AND YOU. Through you, the impossible 1,000-year dream is coming true. On this Christmas, the impossible has been accomplished for which we give our Savior, born in a manger, but who now reigns as King of kings, Lord of lords, and God of gods, all praise, honor, and glory.

THANK THE LORD WE ARE ALL WORKING TOGETHER FOR THE LORD & CUBIT!

Brad is heading to Mexico on Dec. 16th with a crew to work on the Carpentry School at Big Heart Orphanage in Reynosa, Mexico. Brad appreciates all that has been given to the school. Brad’s experience with carpentry and his heart for missions will change a student’s life, and they will have a trade forever.

Ron and Ronnie will be leaving for Egypt on Jan. 10-18. Ron Jr will have a report at the annual board meeting on Jan. 25th about “God’s Widows’ Farm.” Ronnie is bringing some knowledge of farming with him. Cherie, Ronnie & Cyrus have had a small farm with goats, sheep, chickens and a large garden for years.

On March 8^th, Ron and I will be traveling to London, England. Ron has been asked to attend the International Book Fair in London. He was given a great honor to have his book, “The Search,” on the best sellers list. Thank you, Lord!

We will go to Egypt after the book fair. This will be my first time to travel back to Egypt since my sickness; I am happy to be returning! Paula

More trips in the future in 2025 as we walk in God’s footsteps and listen to His voice.

“God’s Widows’ Farm” was originally 10 Acres, we started renting 5 acres next door 2 years ago. The man who owned it wanted to sell it to us. He wanted $15,000 an acre. We prayed on it and asked the Board Members to pray. We had a CD that was due in Jan. and thought this might be the way God would provide. We offered him $8,000 an acre, and we settled for $10,000. We received a call after talking to the bank, and someone gave us the exact amount we needed for the land. They wanted to stay anonymous, and we want to thank them for their love of Cubit.

For the first time ever, The President of Egypt put a Nativity Scene at his residence.  Another miracle in Egypt. We are getting excited to see what will happen next.

For unto us, a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

A big thank you to Valerie Deutsch, our bookkeeper, who helps me at our book table when she can, mails all the newsletters and helps me in so many ways. A big thanks to Kristy Fricker for handling the website and online problems, producing Ron’s TV show and podcasts, and all the other things I don’t even know she does.
